How much does Tiger Commerce cost?

Tiger Commerce costs £17.99 plus VAT per month, payable via secure online credit card subscription. All invoices and account details are accessible via the Admin Area of your ecommerce shop.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. Tiger Commerce has no fixed term contract - you simply pay-as-you-go monthly in advance for your ecommerce shop. If you want to stop using the software, you simply cancel your subscription and your shop will deactivate itself 30 days after your last payment.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you choose to cancel, simply go to 'Billing' in the Admin Area of your shop and click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button. You account will expire on the next due invoice. Please note that your data will be deleted in line with our Data Protection Policy after 30 days unless requested in writing to do so earlier. We therefore urge all customers to download their Product CSV Spreadsheet prior to cancelling.

Do I own the software?

No. Tiger Commerce is on-demand ecommerce software which is paid for on a month-by-month basis. It is for this reason that we are able to offer the software for such a low price. We have removed the capital investment and therefore reduced the financial exposure of developing a bespoke ecommerce shop.

The very beauty of on-demand software is that you receive hosting, software updates and feature enhancements within your monthly subscription.

How do I pay?

Tiger Commerce is paid for online via secure credit card subscriptions. All you have to do is sign-up for the free trial and follow the instructions in the subscription emails that will follow.

Subscribing can always be carried out by going to 'Billing' in the Admin Area of your shop and clicking on the 'Subscription' button and then following the on-screen instructions.

Do I have to pay extra for software updates?

No. All users of Tiger Commerce receive free software updates ensuring their ecommerce shop(s) continually evolve with the latest technology and user functionality.

Do I have to pay extra for hosting?

No. Hosting is included in your monthly fee of £17.99 plus VAT.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. As standard, Tiger Commerce comes with everything you need to sell effectively over the Internet. There are also no setup fees.

However, we do offer a number of services available from the Tiger Commerce Services Shop to accompany our software including:

Design Services
Search Engine Optimisation
Pay-per-Click
Shop Setup Services
Training

These are all optional services and offered as strategic enhancements for your online business.

NOTE: Please note that your chosen third party Payment Service Provider will apply transaction and account fees - these charges will be displayed on the PSP's website.

I already have an online shop, why should I change?

The chances are your online shop is a few years old. The technology has moved on, your site probably hasn't. With Tiger Commerce you don't have to commit to new investment for a new site; try it for free first to see if you like the features. You only pay as you use Tiger Commerce. Software upgrades, included within the £17.99 plus VAT monthly charge, ensure that Tiger Commerce keeps apace with the latest ecommerce developments.

Why should I use Tiger Commerce rather than eBay?

Having your own, fully branded shop will reassure your customers that you are a professional and reliable online business. Providing an enhanced shopping experience, with easy to use shop navigation tools, chat forums, magazine style content, online help etc will define you as a serious online retailer. You can do all this with Tiger Commerce. Furthermore, integration with eBay is included with the ecommerce software anyway!
